Remote Diagnosis

Optimize maintenance stops.

Management of the theoretical maintenance plan for each vehicle, with required stops, actions during each stop and the approximate cost, means that maintenance managers can receive forecasts of the vehicles to be stopped in the coming weeks, with the estimated cost of maintenance downtimes.

Follow up work orders

Once the stops have taken place, the log of the service work performed on each unit, with associated costs (labour and cost of materials), provide full traceability of parts changed, operator performing the work and costs associated with the actions performed.

Minimizes corrective maintenance costs

Vehicles equipped with Datik connectivity systems transmit vehicle usage statistics and active alerts to the cloud at any given time. With remote monitoring of active vehicle alerts, maintenance managers can ask operators to stop the vehicle, before a serious breakdown causes irreversible damage to the unit. This avoids damages caused by faults that are not communicated to maintenance technicians.

Technicians sent to resolve incidents can access detailed information on the incident, and can therefore take the right tools and replacement parts, thus limiting vehicle downtime.
